At Stream Mission Critical, our HyperFlex Storage™ program delivers warehouse, staging yard, and logistics solutions supporting some of the largest and most complex data center construction projects in North America. We are seeking a HyperFlex Storage Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes complete ownership of projects, and serves as the primary point of contact between our clients, field operations, and internal teams.

This role is responsible for leading every aspect of assigned warehouse and staging yard operations—from project startup through final closeout. The Project Manager will oversee customer communication, direct on-site operations, coordinate labor, maintain complete visibility of inventory and project execution, and ensure every project is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Based in our Scottsdale headquarters, this position requires frequent travel to project sites throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, OEMs, carriers, and site teams.
• Take complete ownership of assigned HyperFlex Storage warehouse and staging yard operations.
• Coordinate all inbound and outbound material flow while maintaining inventory accuracy, chain of custody, and schedule adherence.
• Lead and support on-site warehouse and yard personnel, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and compliance with customer requirements.
• Manage project schedules, reporting, documentation, customer meetings, and day-to-day communications.
• Partner closely with our Transportation Project Managers to coordinate inbound deliveries, outbound shipments, site schedules, and overall project execution.
• Work collaboratively with executive leadership, operations, logistics, and field teams to identify risks, solve problems, and drive successful project outcomes.
• Travel as needed to project sites for mobilizations, customer meetings, operational reviews, audits, and project support.
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and elevate the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in construction, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, industrial operations, or mission-critical environments.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on, ownership mentality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable making decisions and solving problems in fast-paced environments where priorities can change daily.
• Proficient with technology platforms; experience with WMS, TMS, or project management software is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. We value experience, leadership, and results.
